singular matrix can have other eigen value also but its eigen value will be 0 for sure , as singular matrix is the  matrix whose determinent is 0 and multiplication of all eigen values is equal to det of the matrix so one value will be zero and if its trace is not 0 then for sure other eigen values will be non zero so it can have non zero eigen values.
