(92)10 = (10010010 )2  

Convert Into Gray Code :( 11011011 )=(219)10 is the select lines in the Mux.

So I219  Is selected. 

Note: Check MSB and LSB bits at Select Lines.

Binary Equivalent to 92 = 10010010
Gray Code Equivalent to 10010010 = 11011011
Then convert the above gray code into Decimal number it gives : 219
