it is class B network id will be 16 so it wants 2048 subnets so 11 bits must be given for subnet id  and the rest 5 are for host id

so the last subnet will be in the form of 164.76.255(8bits).111(3 bits) xxxxx(host bits)

so the first address will be host id bits will be all 0 so it will be 164.76.255.224

the last address will be all host id will be 1 so 164.76.255.255
