how is it not transitive??

i mean take any time instant.ie x= 4:00 and y=4:20,z= 4:40..they are transitive..right??

atmost means,difference can be 0 to 20 mins  right?

so,if x=4:00 then y=4:00,they are 0 mins apart right..hence ,reflexive.u got it??

x R x -x is related to x by 0 min since relation is at most 20 min apart

xRy == yRx this holds as at most x and y are seperated by 20 min .

xRy,yRz  but x is not related to z , there may be a time of 40 min seperation at most
