Answer should be $A$ only. Because user level thread context are less compared to kernel level threads so switching overhead is also less

Because in user level threads all threads share code and files thus may cause security concerns as if one thread deletes some file imp. for other one.

In 1 it's written in PCB...PCB doesn't know any thing about ULTs....that's why this point is wrong.
