class less itself describes thhat it does not follow any rules of class full routing..so what does the question mean??

in class less ,there is no such fixed NID adn HOST IS part.

CIDR doesn't define for any class......the '\n' denotes the number of bits used in network mask.....and using network mask we can find number of hosts, first address and last address.......

so I would go with option 4 i,e implemented in all the classes.....
