Odds in favor of an event =( Favorable outcome for the event / unfavorable outcomes of the event )

Odds against of an event =( Unfavorable outcome for the event / Favorable outcomes of the event )

So here

Odd against A = (2/3) / (1/3) = 2/1 = 2:1

So answer is a.
