You're correct about A,B,C

A) Not Lattice

B & C) Totally ordered set

D) A Lattice with LUB(a,b) = a UNION b   & GLB(a,b) = a INTERSECTION b.

 for e.g LUB{(1,2), (2,3)} = {1,2,3}    &   GLB{(1,2), (2,3)} = {2}
