If mutual exclusion is satisfied then race condition is satisfied or not

As per me Race condition is when output depends on the order of execution of events.  

So if we have mutual exclusion , no two events could be processed at a time hence output will be fixed for a particular order

Hence, if we have mutual exclusion satisfied race condition is also satisfied
