Start trying
1. Make a schedule for the next day every night.
2. Write down the topics to be completed the next day.
3. Stick the same on your wall from where you can see it again and again.. even if you are not able to follow the schedule.. dont stop making it... repeat the process for the next day. And slowly you will start realizing the difference.
