IIT madras have no such criteria for B Tech (0%)

IIT K second division ( 55%)

IISC second division (55%)

Rest IIT's have 60% criteria ( including IIT D )

All NIT also have 60% criteria

6.5 CGPA == 60% considering (CGPA-0.5) * 10
