d) NOR Gate. 

For inputs A and B, output Y of NOR gate is 

Y = $\overline{A + B}$

Now for single input, let A = B

$\therefore$ Y = $\overline{A + A}$ = $\overline{A }$

Hence for input A, output is toggled.
