A is the proper subset of B then B is the superset of A thus both of them can`t be equal Therefore Proper subset can`t hold reflexivity.
Ps: Subset property is reflexive.

if A is subset of B and B is subset of A then A=B hence they can  not be proper subset

in other way , if A is proper subset of B then A should have less number of elements than that of set B

hence proper subset relation can not be reflexive
