(A+B)(B+C)=(B+A)(B+C) commutative law

                     =B+AC           distributive law

Another way is to to multiply it and reduce it

(A+B)(B+C)=AB+AC+BB+BC=AB+AC+B+BC=B(A+1+C)+AC=B+AC
