Given explanation of the question:

I believe that in place of last C(8,3) it should be C(7,3) because 3 people have been already chosen before that. Please check whether I am correct or not.

Choose one winner for Rs. 10,000 = 10C1 ways = 10

Choose 2 winners for Rs. 5000 = 9C2 ways = 36

Choose 3 winners for Rs. 1000 = 7C3 = 35

Total ways  = 10 * 35 * 36 = 12600 (Ans)
