Best answer 0 votes 0 votes Cr(compliment) means clear bits on logic zero input, so when A = 1 and B = 1 the flip flops are clear and are reset 000, as this is a up counter and it is clear on A =1 B =1 , it will be cleared on ABC = 110 which is 6 so it is mod 6 counter.
