FOR UNIQUE ADDRESSING WE HAVE TO GIVE ONE INPUT TO EACH AND EVERY CHIP

We have 2^5 ROWS AND 2^4 COLUMNS

Hence we need 9:2^9 Decoder

Hence Total no of Address Line required is 9.
