What is the consequence of not attending IISC interview call?

Question

I have got 49th rank in GATE 2016 (thanks to gateoverflow!!). I have applied for IISC Mtech program. Since I kept Computational Science as one of the preferences I have got an interview letter for the same. But I am not interested in joining that program. In the first iteration of IISC I haven't got Mtech in CSE. I want to know if I didn't attend the interview will I be considered for future iteration of Mtech CSE?

You can skip going. There won't be any issue and in second list you should get CSA.

You can skip the interview, but i will suggest you attend if it is easy to. By attending the interview you will get to visit the campus know more about it and also you will have good interaction with the profs who take the interview. Obviously keeping in mind you don't spoil other students changes of getting the seat, which i have no idea about.

yes, I guess before they announce the result of CDS they check the candidate preference and if they are selected in CSA they won't be considered in CDS even if they have done well in interview. But I'm not so sure.
