Time-stamp ordering ensures both Conflict serializability and Free from deadlock.

While 2PL ensures conflict serializability but not free from deadlock.

Option 3 is correct.

Time stamp Ordering is answer which ensure both freedom from deadlock and Conflict serializiability .

I think its not z locking protocolit should be 2 phase locking protocol :P
