1. apply C1-->C1-C3   and   C2-->C2-C3

2.apply C1-->C1-2C2   and   C3-->C3-10C2

3.apply R1-->R1-R3 and R2-->R2+3R3

4.taking 2 common from R1 and 39 common from R2

R1 and R2 are identical....therefore value is 0
