This is simple by looking at DFA you can say it is ending with 01 machine.

B is wrong, as DFA is not accepting $1$. 

C is wrong, as DFA is not accepting $11$. 

D is wrong, as DFA is not accepting $1$ or $0$. 

A is correct, DFA is accepting all strings ending with $01$. 

You can design DFA for $(0+1)^*01$ , you will get exactly same.
