But condition cannot be used with projection operator since it is used to project attributes. Hence option A) should be true 2 votes 2 votes Please log in or register to add a comment.
4 votes 4 votes Option A is correct B/C JOIN is combination of cross product followed by selection operation B is wrong B/c we didnot filter tuples C is wrong B/C in Natural join operation( *) number of Attributes is decreased Shubham Pandey 2 answered Oct 5, 2016 Shubham Pandey 2 comment Share Follow See all 3 Comments See all 3 3 Comments reply Rahul Jain25 commented Oct 5, 2016 reply Follow Share I have a doubt about 3rd query. In it rename is used. Now name of attributes of R and S will be different. So will this natural join remove common attributes??? 0 votes 0 votes Shubham Pandey 2 commented Oct 5, 2016 reply Follow Share No, if renaming is done Natural join is not able to remove common attibute but in above question there is no selection of tuples 0 votes 0 votes Rahul Jain25 commented Oct 5, 2016 reply Follow Share Thanks. 0 votes 0 votes Please log in or register to add a comment.
