Interface 1

Bit-wise AND between 128.80.61.16 and Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0 gives 128.80.61.0 -> Interface 0

Bit-wise AND between 128.80.61.16 and Subnet Mask 255.255.255.128 gives 128.80.61.0 -> Interface 1

The packet will be forwarded to the Interface whose subnet mask contains the highest number of 1's. So, Interface 1.
