at two point 0-h and (-infinity).

this function is only not defined at p=0

in p from (0,1] it is decrease (1,inf) it start to increase.

so it will give minimum 2 only when p is positive.

but as here p's domain not specified so we take also negative value.

so it will give min value at  0-h and -infinity.
