Its a chain. Chain doesnt have a complement. So, answer B

I, myself is getting following hasse diagram, please let me know if it's correct? it's lattice but not complemented lattice

LUB of 0,1 and 1,0 is 1,0
GLB of 0,1 and 1,0 is 0,1

I mean complement of 1,0?
@Vijay Thakur  No need to show arrows. Its one way relation for POSET. In fact we never show arrows in Hasse diag.
