Need some motivation/suggestion

Question

I am going to take admission in IITR with CSE branch, but I have some issues:
1. I have done B.Tech from a very low-level college, where faculties don't know anything about CS.
2. I studied just to pass the semester exams, not full syllabus but every time got the 2nd or 3rd position in batch.
3. last 4-6 months I prepared for the gate and got rank about 850.
4. My communication skill is very bad.
5. I don't know English very well even I can't explain my thought fluently in English.
6. I haven't done any project in B.tech (excluding copy paste), no training, no internship.
7. Luckily I got a job offer from Wipro.
8. I like to do coding but I am able to solve hardly 2 questions of codechef long challenge.
8. Becuase of my category (OBC-NCL) i will get IITR.

I fell that If I will be the dumbest person of IIT.
I want to know that will I survive in IIT and get a decent job with such situations?
If yes, what should I do from now?

I would like to tell you that SPEAKING FLUENT AND GOOD ENGLISH IS NOT A PARAMETER OF INTELLIGENCE

Yes communication is important in professional world and 
you did communicate pretty well by writing it over here

And in context with you words "Dumbest Person of IIT"
I must clear this as well...

If you were Destined for IIT
then for sure you are Not Destined to remain Dumbest throughout...so please SMILE NOW :)

P.S. IITians are NOT dumb ...

Even If you feel Dumb...I would suggest "Don't stay Dumb.."

at Low level College ...you worked hard at low level

but now since you are in IIT...work hard at higher level..

The environment ,the fellowship, the interactions will open up your mind to do better for yourself 

Don't be negative about yourself ....just give yourself a little bit of time..

From a very ordinary environment you will be going to an extraordinary environment...so give some pace and quality time to yourself to adjust..to understand ...to listen ..to accept and then

ACT LIKE A WONDERFUL STUDENT WHO WORKED  HARD BEYOND ALL EXPECTATIONS.

My Father always say..."While Staying in the last... You can have a better view and vision of the people ahead of you...somehow you can learn more" ..So Boy .... NOW SMILE MORE:) :) 

You cracked GATE so you already have knowledge just Work on your vocabulary...practice the words every day...Read educative materials, articles,novels, blogs to have extra information and matter in your mind that will keep you ready for any extempore situations... You can only be fluent while speaking when your mind will be filled with relevant matter to speak..

This phase will be very important for you...& you will learn sooo much and the result will be on the basis of what you CHOOSE...So instead of choosing negatives and quitting ...choose yourself...
choose the best...... after being in IIT feel PROUD and not DUMB..and now time to even Prove it that you Deserve it..

And  Trust yourself...you'll end up staying in IIT for next two years very well and You will get a Great Job...
