I've seen many questions, comparing IISc Banglore & IIT Bombay. But to be honest I did not find it complete. So I'm asking question here, for comparing IISc and IIT Bombay on following points => 1. Placement opportunities 2. Research opportunities ... Also does by choosing IITB over IISc, what one will miss/gain in long run ? Will there be any significant difference ?

For ~77 marks (GO Estimated AIR 53-55, Score ~882) in GATE 2019, is there a chance of getting direct admission into IISc or IIT Bombay/Delhi? The rank has been dropping steadily in the last few days. I'm very confused as I would like to ... admissions seem improbable. GO has taken me this far but I'll need a little more help :D Any insights would be really appreciated!

Gate 2017 Admission for AIR in 800(s).
My gate 2017 rank is 803 and gate score 688 (General Category). As per last year cut off I've checked, it seems like I won't get any good IITs or NITs. Hi i wrote gate 2017 and according to the gateoverflow rank prediction my rank should be in the range 660-670 and i have a normalised rank of 491. I belong to general category. I graduated in 2016 and have got an offer from a service company(3.5 lpa) to join ... i get admission into any old NITs or good IITs for CSE? Will it be wise to decline the offer?
