What if depositor and borrower contain duplicate names? They havent given name as primary key?

yes It might happen that customer named "A" has an account but no loan, and another customer with the same name "A" has a Loan.

so answer is none of the above.

I think even if there are duplicates there will be no problem,

Let's say part 1 gets  { Subham, Subham, Gate}, relation is a set so duplicates will be removed and we will only have tuples { Subham, Gate}

Suppose in part 2 we get { Gate, Gate}, duplicates will be removed and we will only have { Gate}

So result will have { Subham}

So the answer is B only.
