f2 on solving using K-map gives minterms as Σm(4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,13).

Given f(A,B,C,D) minterms are Σm(1,4,5,8,10,12,14,15).

(As OR Gate is present)The terms which are  in f(A,B,C,D) but not in f2 needs to be in f3 but they should be maxterms (because of NOT Gate) and the remaining minterms of f(A,B,C,D) will become don't care for f 3 (to get those terms in final f(A,B,C,D)).

So final,

f3(A,B,C,D) = πm (1,12,14,15).d(4,5,8,10).
