Option B is Correct

For Real time Multimedia UDP is used.

For File Transfer FTP is used Which uses TCP as its Transport Layer Protocol.

DNS uses UDP for query and Response messages.

For Email SMTP is used Which uses TCP as its Transport layer Protocol.
