Consider a celluar system having 2023 duplex channels to cover 1925 sq km and each cell area is 5 sq km for 7 cell reuse system.Compute system capacity.

duplex channels = 2023

area = 1925 sq km,  each cell area = 5 sq km , 7 cell reuse system

area = 1925/5=385

7 cell reuse system = 385/ 7= 55

area of cluster = 5 * 7 = 35 sq km
no. of cluster M = 1925/35 = 55
cell reuse system N = 7
channels S = 2023
k = S/N = 2023/7 = 289

System Capacity = M*N*k = 55*7*289 = 11265
