Reflexive set : for every element x of set A, xRx exist. i.e. all self loop must EXIST.

Diagonal set :what ever may be element in diagonal set they mustbeinform of xRx i.e.ONLY self loof should Exist.

Reflexive relations -> Self loops must exists. For All a, (a,a) belongs to relation. Other elements may or may not be present
In Diagonal Relation -> Other than diagonal elements all other elements must be 0, i.e. For all a, For all b, if a!= b, (a,b) does not belong to relation.  Diagonal elements may or may not be present.

i think no difference

reflexive relation is that relation in which every element is related to itself .. FOR eg (1,1) (2,2) (3,3) (4,4) when we represent it with DIGRAPH then we GET SELF LOOPS but if same thing is represented using MATRIX METHOD than ALL THE DIAGONAL ELEMENTS WILL CONTAIN VALUE AS 1..
