$D_n$ is boolean algebra if and only if $n$ is a product of distinct primes. That is all primes factors appear only once in the prime factorization of $n$.

$66 = 2 * 3 * 11 \;\;\;\;\; $ Therefore $D_{66}$ is boolean algebra.
