Has IISc CSA dept. released it's second round of direct offers for Mtech?
Unlike the IITs, I couldn't find the schedule for direct offers of IISc CSA. Also to my knowledge, they haven't published the no of rounds conducted anywhere. So how much rounds are over by now? Is the schedule for direct offers published anywhere?

Does the 4 year BS(Res) programme at IISc make a candidate eligible for the MTech CSE course at IISc?
With the required GATE rank, would the 4 year BS(Res) programme be considered equivalent to a BTech/BE degree? It is not explicitly mentioned on the IISc CSA website.
