Consider two sets A and B such that A U B  is a subset of  A  intersection B

the A={ } and B={ } is always true or false

I think neither Always TRUE nor always FALSE, because If A=B=non-empty then also given condition can be satisfied.

If "subset" is replaced by "proper subset" then it will be always FALSE.
