what is meant by disk block address ??

Disk block address is nothing but logical block address

Logical block address is used to give the location of blocks of data stored in some storage device , mostly secondary storage like hard disks

It is stored as an array with index like if u access LBA[0] it will be first block , LBA[1] will be second block and so on

The name implies it all ......address of block in a disc => disk block adddress

Disk block pointers r used o point to set of blocks ... basically the starting address of the block ...
