Congestion window=$38KB$,

Threshold=$19KB$

If MSS starts from $1KB$, answer is $2800msec$

$1\,|\,2\,|\,4\,|\,8\,|\,16\,|\,19\,|\,21\,|\,23\,|\,25\,|\,27\,|\,29\,|\,31\,|\,33\,|\,35\,|\,36$

=$100 \times 14 \times 2$msec $=2800$

If MSS starts from $2KB$, answer is $2600msec$

$2\,|\,4\,|\,8\,|\,16\,|\,19\,|\,21\,|\,23\,|\,25\,|\,27\,|\,29\,|\,31\,|\,33\,|\,35\,|\,36$

=$100 \times 13 \times 2$msec $=2600$

Both are correct-:https://gateoverflow.in/1794/gate2014-1-27

But In kurose and ross , they are starting MSS from $1KB$
