Necessarily True means the statement is always True , but it is not the case with not necessarily true  which means statement may not be true in some cases .

For example ,

 " A bachelor is an unmarried man " is necessarily true because by the definition of bachelor it always holds true .

But " A bachelor is income less " is not necessarily true because the argument depends on the specific person .
