D seems to be the correct answer. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Participation constraints: 1) Partial participation and 2) Total Participation.

Reason: unary relationships may have self-relation in which one entity and one relation is included. So, here participation constraint would be defined. In binary ad ternary relation, it’s obvious that here too participation constraint would have been defined.
