At t=8 after completion of P_2, Why is P₃ scheduled before P₄ even at that moment B.T of P₃(7) > P₄(6)  ?

P₃ is schedule before P₄  because at t=8 P₄ isn't arrive we have only 2 choice either P₁ or P_3.  P₃ have shortest BT so schedule first before P₄
