my doubt is in option c T3 have w3x then r3x which means t3 reading x after writing on x but in quetion transaction t3 reading x which is written by t2 . will this create a inconsistency or any other anomaly in database?

even they changed order , it's not making then conflicting pair so both schedules are CS.

both schedules are not view equal as in question schedule , T1 and T2 reading x but in option C , only T1 is performing initial read , so not view equal.

About other things like recoverability , we can only talk when commit points are given.
