U=$\begin{bmatrix} u11 & u12\\ 0 & u22 \end{bmatrix}$

LU =$\begin{bmatrix} u11 & u12\\ l21*u11 & l21*u12+u22 \end{bmatrix}$

u11 = 2

u12 =3

l21 =2/3

u22 =--13/2

L=$\begin{bmatrix} 1 & 0\\ 3/2 & 1 \end{bmatrix}$
