I m also getting 2^43 parts but mantissa parts should also be converted in decimal form or not???

@Surya Dhanraj  yes!! if you expend the mantissa to get 2^36 you will have -10101000 *2^36 which is -168 *2^36

Its right The answer by RED DEVIL will result the same with different intrepretation :
(1010101*$2^{37}$)

-85 X $2^{37}$

-170 X $2^{36}$
