The probability of getting red ball in second draw = the probability of getting red ball in the first draw * the probability of getting red ball in the second draw + the probability of getting black ball in the first draw * the probability of getting red ball in the second draw

The probability of getting red ball in the first draw = 5/10
The probability of getting red ball in the second draw = 4/9
The probability of getting black ball in the first draw = 5/10
The probability of getting red ball in the second draw = 5/9

Therefore, the probability of getting red ball in second draw = 5/10 * 4/9 + 5/10 * 5/9 = 1/2
