"Circuit cannot provide strong performance gurantee " : its False as CS provides it
instead of resource utilization for example in case of monopoly i will provide more no of links (dedicated) to increase throughput.But here my perception is its asking about switching which is reliable and gives strong performance.

If there is reservation of resources for end to end system in ckt. cwitching how 4) is false? Someone plz  elaborate .

False. Resource utilization is better in Packet Switching.

2) Circuit switch donot require a connection set up for communication

False. There are three phases in circuit switched network. Connection Setup, Data Transfer and Tear Down.

3) Bandwidth in a circuit switch network can be shared between users via TDM

True. Circuit Switching uses FDM and TDM for multiplexing mutiple users onto a single line.

4) Circuit cannot provide strong performance gurantee

False. Dedicated cannel is used for each connection so performance good.
