Time taken = Data size / Data Rate

total of 216 bits

also packet size is 1024 B = 1024 *  8 bits

thus total data size becomes =1024 *  8 * 216 bits= 

1024 *  8 * 216/120= 4.4739 Mbps

but here sometimes I've seen others taking  216 *23 bits because 1 no takes 1 byte.
