Distributing n distinct object into m distinct boxes such that each box get at least one object is nothing but total number of onto functions.

here, n= 9 m=3

applying 

$\sum_{i=0}^{m} \binom{m}{i} (-1)^{i} (m-i)^{n}$

Answer should  be 18150
