  •  Last page allocated for a process may not be completely used by the process
  • This unused space will not be available for other processes.
  • If page size is large, causes more internal fragmentation.

True, the purpose of paging is to deal with external fragmentation in the main memory & it is quite successful in doing so. But the last page of the process has almost have half the size of page as internal fragment.
