Practically it depends on a lot of factors like, processing delay at sender/receiver, transmission time at sender, propagation delay of medium while transmitting data from sender to receiver or vice versa, queuing delays etc. So, there can be many formulas for RTT depending upon what factors you are considering and which you are ignoring. 0 votes 0 votes Please log in or register to add a comment.
0 votes 0 votes If acknowledgement transmission time is negligible then use RTT=2*Tp If acknowledgement transmission time is Tt then use RTT=2*Tp+Tt chandra sai answered Jan 1, 2018 chandra sai comment Share Follow See all 0 reply Please log in or register to add a comment.
