answer is option c

why because circuit switched networks are used in telephone networks in this all resources are reserved for source and destination when source wants to transmit data to destination so in internet if all resources are reserved for single connection then occurs lot congestion.so in internet used packet switched networks in packet switching no reservation process.we are not use message switching because in mss have to maintain big size buffers that is very cost effective.
